Project Description
Type of project: There are two grant programmes open for applications: 1) The Civil Society Programme (CSP) which supports the development of resilient, sustainable civil society, and aims to strengthen social infrastructure to better tackle the chronic challenges facing Lebanon and Syria. We do this by investing in the organisational development of civil society organisations to increase their resilience, sustainability and impact; 2) The Youth Learning, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (YLEAP) which responds to challenges faced by young entrepreneurs in the Levant, including, but not limited to, access to entrepreneurship programming outside major cities; to finance and markets; and to mentorship. The programme does this by extending funding and wider support to organisations which support young entrepreneurs, from ideation to impact investment, as they innovate solutions to the challenges of their communities.
