Project Description

Type of project: community-led interventions that target adolescent girls and young women worldwide helping to tackle the harmful cultural norms that both limit their aspirations and increase their vulnerability to HIV. We will seek to fund projects that address one of the following themes: sexual violence, harmful practices, early marriage, and sexual and reproductive health and rights for underserved adolescent girls and young women.
Location: Projects based in resource-limited settings. Uganda and Kenya are extremely competitive countries for funding.

Grant size: £5,000 – £25,000 per year for 2 years. The total grant amount requested cannot account for more than 50% of your organisation’s annual income and at least 85% of the budget must be spent in the project country.
